Apparently, reading what I want you to read will make you a dramawanking whore.

But you'll be a well informed one.

For me, it was less the SCUL re-hash (apparently, when life returned to normal in DSLJ, the attention went away and that made her sad?) and more...

"You're a dramawanking whore if you read my journal but go read it to be informed!"

I can't wrap my head around it. If/when I do manage to, my words will be with your words in a private world, being wordy.

Aren't we dramawanking JOHNS if we go to get dramawanked at the place where the dramawanking is occurring? Isn't that how the john/whore thing works?

If we're JOHNS, does this mean we still have to pay the dramawanking whore? 'Cause I don't have any ones on me...and I don't think it was even worth that!

For better head-wrapping: I think she meant that phrase ironically, and doesn't actually believe it makes you a dramawanking whore. But then consider the possibility that, even if she doesn't believe it, it's actually true... more irony!

I had no other option when posting it or it would have been public, believe me.

i just...i can't even.

i wished her well and figured that was that. HA! i mean, after the vast majority voted Not Appropriate and we had...what, FOUR posts in which to discuss it, plus the one in her lj so i guess FIVE, do we really need six? christ.

This shit all happened last summer, by the way. Like the "ooh you pushed me, I'm taking you to court" thing.

These people are grown-ass adults! GUh!

that was the weirdest thing for me - i never quite got why she chose NOW to post. if it was such an injustice that everyone needed warning against, why not post then? i understand wanting to give some people time to act and react, but, uh, it's clearly long past that window. and still, this is a personal issue involving what i understand to be a private group. (in that, hey, if you don't like their rules or policies or the people in it, don't join them.)

I suppose it's around the time they start riding their bikes or whatever? And people really needed to be warned of the OMG DANGER of the one lady who pushed her and the other lady who said mean things about her on her LJ or whatever?

Also, my guess is that it's an IP-trap, so she can see who's been reading her LJ.

I am tempted to make a post about my neighbor's dog, who took a giant shit in my front yard last week. His name is BUDDY and he doesn't have an LJ...

Sometimes it takes a long-ass time to mentally process and then decide what you want to do about traumatic situations/people, particularly when it comes to saying anything public about it.

She chose to post now because the SCUL season started last Saturday night. (I happened to see them stop in front of Mike's as I came out of the Holland Street T exit.)

Oh my GOD. I know that I was hoping for something to distract myself with in the run up to finals, but I prefer my drama and snark spaced out a bit.

Someone created a brand-new LJ account just to tell what s/he claims is the other side of the story. Fortunately in a comment and not a new post.

JFC. The more lyonesse posts, the less inclined I am to believe her side of the story. At all.

She was reprimanded and demoted for behavior unbecoming of a pilot…

This cracks me up!

Yeah, right? Here this person is, trying to explain how SCUL acted responsibly and reasonably, and yet — “pilots”, someone named “Retard”, and a mission statement that includes “busting the funk”. I know y'all're trying to have fun, but good god...
